Ionographics, Inc. is seeking an experienced software engineer on a contract basic to provide assistance in software system architecture design necessary for customer evaluation of a micromanufacturing tool currently in development. This person will also be a resource in the implementation of said architecture. This may become a permanent position in the company provided raising of additional capital. Candidates should have experience at designing a system which will incorporate a combination of user interfaces and peripheral device control systems, with appropriate error handling and thread management. Ideal candidates will be proficient in communicating software design documentation, and have broad experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, and key software concepts such as services, remoting, parallel processing, code optimization, internationalization, and accessibility, as well as an ability to interoperate with multiple platforms and embedded devices.
